Privacy Policy

What the App processes

• Microphone audio — captured in your browser only while you are actively using the listening feature, and sent to speech-to-text and fact-check providers to produce a result.
• Transcripts and fact-check results — generated from your audio. If you are signed in, your history is stored against your account so you can see past results.
• Account data — if you sign in, your email address (and OAuth identifier where applicable) is stored to authenticate you.

What the App does NOT do

• It does not record audio when the microphone is not active.
• It does not sell your data.

Service providers

The App relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, database, speech-to-text, and AI fact-checking. Your audio, transcripts, and results pass through these providers as needed to deliver the service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to that processing.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for what you say, record, transcribe, or fact-check using the App, and for obtaining any consents required by law from other people in the conversation. The builder of the App, Yonatan Gazit, accepts no responsibility for content you submit or for compliance with recording, privacy, or wiretap laws in your jurisdiction. See the Terms and Disclaimer.

Account deletion

To delete your account and associated history, email jonatangazit@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, or use the Contact page.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under the minimum age in your jurisdiction.

Changes

This policy may change at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
