1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tivdoc OT (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App is provided "as is"

The App is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.

3. No responsibility of the builder

Yonatan Gazit, the individual builder of the App, assumes no responsibility and no liability whatsoever for any use of the App or any outcome resulting from it. All responsibility for use of the App rests solely and exclusively with the user.

This includes, without limitation, responsibility for: the accuracy or completeness of fact-check results; decisions made based on App output; conversations or content the user submits, records, or transcribes; compliance with applicable laws (including recording, wiretap, privacy, copyright, and consumer-protection laws); third-party rights; and any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.

4. User obligations

  • You will use the App lawfully and at your own risk.
  • You will obtain any consents required to record, transcribe, or fact-check any conversation in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not rely on App output as legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice.
  • You will not use the App to defame, harass, deceive, or harm any person.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yonatan Gazit from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Yonatan Gazit to you for any and all claims relating to the App is limited to USD $0.

7. Changes and termination

The App, its features, and these Terms may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the user's place of residence, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Any dispute is the user's sole responsibility to pursue at their own cost.
